R1 comander looks good

AF lens are compatible just that no autofocus

tips:

D3 without built-in-flash
use what to trigger?

D40 can triggers Sb800 in SU-4 mode

There is limitation of using the body built in flash for commander mode
especially when you r doing vertical shots and ur off shoe flash in placing on the right side.

the remote- might not trigger as it cannot detects the pop up flash which is on the other side

zio has reach the limit.
need better body
