Loss of ability to perform certain movements:-
1) Unable to do Asian's squat whereas my late grandpa & grandma still could do it when the were at their late 70s. Pedestal water closet & chair is the main culprit for this immobility.
2) High of injury during sports if without any proper stretching or warmup. Unlike during teens time, no need warm up can go straight into explosive & vigorous movement. Nowadays, I appreciates the warm up & stretching session a lot because the stretching "pre-inform" our nerves system that it is safe to make certain movement till the extreme end without causing injury to the body.
3) Knee joints pain due to wear & tear of the joint. Have been actively taking the Glucosamine to slow down the wear & tear / damages, it helps a lot.
Active full range motion ( deep stretching, yoga or martial arts) does help to alleviate the above .
