2) I haven't took milo / maggi for more than a decade. Before COVID, I didn't take coca-cola the same.
3) I rarely drink alcohol. Maybe once a year or twice.
4) I take long walks and yoga / calisthenics whenever possible. I used to run half-marathon / 21km and also various 10kms back in the days.
5) I drink a lot of Chinese tea to flush my bowels down. It's not the intake of tea but purely the refilling of water in that regard.
6) I never like fast food the same. Having that said, I haven't taken McDonalds' / KFC in more than a decade until COVID.
7) I try to stay away from toxic peeps and focus on myself. I'm overcoming an early trauma due to bullying years back.
8) I meditate or reflect on my actions a lot.
