BP, blood sugar and cholesterol all good.
Nothing secret about achieving health..all common knowledge
Exercise regularly/consistently: i do strength and cardio both.
Eating in moderation, emphasis on proteins and vegies. minimize junk foods, sugary food and deep fried food.
Minimize stressful situations and doing "sinful" things
Getting enough sleep
