When it comes to 4 vs 3 cylinders, the main concern would be the strain and stresses 3 cyl engine gone through - which translate to the longevity of engine or other parts supporting the engine.

Please go test drive a 3pot car and rev it 99 then only come back here say got diff or not

if you give me a choice of 3 pot and 4 inline in front of me, i will take the 4 inline anytime and i will tell people to take the 4 inline
