however seller advice to terminate just by transferring to new operator.

can anyone explain more ? just to say maxis or celcom ? then once transferred can just do nothing is ok?

or better to terminate properly ? the centre a bit far from my place. any umobile dealer can terminate ?

Retain number, just port out, port in to telco your choice, can go sunway Pyramid, all telco is there, go to prefer telco, tell customer service want to port out, they will guide you and get a new sim card

If im understanding this properly
you have a number
it is on ubiz38
you want to stop paying and stop using this service, and also stop using this number

the agent tells you to just port out to other telco

but why? why do that, you just end up using another telco's service

you have to terminate it, pay the last bills

but this being business plan... idk if it will be different

If you terminate postpaid, Umobile paksa you to pay 1 month bill in advance. And then expect you to visit them again to reclaim the excess after termination effective.

I terminated U Home 5G (home broadband).
