Principal Activity:

Steel Hawk and its subsidiaries are principally involved in the provision of onshore and offshore support services for the oil and gas ("O&G") industry, which includes EPCC services for chemical injection skids and facilities improvement / maintenance of topside O&G facilities, installation and maintenance of oilfield equipment as well as supply of oilfield equipment.

Shares to be issued/offered:

IPO in conjunction with the listing of Steel Hawk on the ACE Market comprising:

(i) Public issue of 90,000,000 new ordinary shares in Steel Hawk (“Shares”) in the following manner:

24,500,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian Public;

12,250,000 new Shares made available for application by the eligible directors, eligible employees and persons who have contributed to the success of Steel Hawk and its subsidiaries;
and

53,250,000 new Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors; and

(ii) Offer for sale of 44,700,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to selected investors.
