Why need to leak? Should be public knowledge. Unless as per PH know rmal practice, give to their property developer pals first to plan nicely buy lands at cheaper price first then announce to the public. The these developers can tell more expensive lor cuz walking distance to MRT all

This is the correct alignment but not the detailed map with the exact locations of the stations. The leak contains all the detailed locations and alignment.

Yes Imma oso thinking they already reveal before. One thing that different that they revive back LRT 3 cancelled station To Bukit Raja then it will integrate to ECRL at Kapar Station.

Removed older plan, latest will be unveiled in next month.

this is not the latest one. the latest one no mont kiara stn. after the first leak, they changed back to this old map. now the second leak, it leaked together with the latest map and also each station layout

Seems like one new station planned in front of national archives, seems to be on dispute land in Semantan Estate case. Since compensation costs are to be paid anyway, might as well save some land acquisition cost

Kompleks Duta station - interchange with KTM Segambut line. New KTM Jalan Kuching station to be built on the other end. Quite a walk.

hope got MRT direct to KLIA, just like singapore or taiwan taoyuan airport MRT

already have ERL. why still need MRT?

if not mistaken, ERL from outskirts into city centre, MRT within city limits

Take MRT to Putrajaya Sentral station. Then take ERL from Putrajaya to KLIA. Cheaper, a bit.

the main difference as follow:

ERL is direct to KLIA and also limited stops (to cater for those who catches a plane)

MRT will stop at every stations even if it reached KLIA (have more time to sit down and relax)

In taipei, the MRT to airport is like less than RM10 from the city center.

KUALA LUMPUR (July 18): New MRT3 Circle Line construction tenders may begin by mid-2026, said MBSB Research, after MRT Corp’s fourth and final tender validity extension lapsed in March 2024.

The re-tender is anticipated due to changes in project alignment and station placements, following a 32% reduction in land plots required for acquisition to begin for MRT3 from 1,012 to 690 lots.

“Construction of MRT3 may begin in CY27 (calendar year 2027), which will keep contractors busy possibly up to 2033,” MBSB said, adding that contract awards are expected towards the end of the land acquisition process between end-2026 and mid-2027.

There appears to be a change in alignment. The Jalan Kuching / Kompleks Duta station is now "reserved" and no longer to be built at launch.
