Not really, but you could put dual-threaded apps to affinity 1 & 2, clock those b****es high, and get 3 and 4 into C&Q or something like that sort of throttling to get thermals manageable (instead of requiring heavy cooling)
All the cores are still on the same power plane (only the cores and IMC are on separate power planes) so you're not saving any energy by running some cores faster while some slower as all will continue to draw power.
