car definitely at majority fault.
but moto being moto, will always pay wit life regardless whose fault.
that's y defensive riding/driving mentality is required.
in a smooth flowing traffic, moto should not ride faster than car either on the shoulder or lane splitting.
if u ride faster than car flow, u should occupy car lane as u're fast enough, not blocking any1.
driving on the other hand, always pay extra attention to blind spot.
when i wanna turn or switch into that direction, u should plan your move way ahead by looking at the rear view & side mirror & momentarily memorize how many vehicles behind u & work out the gap availabilities.
