So this mean Trinity has 3 projects namely Wellnessa, Enlivea and Sensoria in that small piece of land, or Enlivea now dropped (too many competitions in surrounding area for that mid market segments) and go for Sensoria which seems to be more premium segment?

I saw some advertisement saying only 200 unites...
But then later found out there are 3 blocks. Developers only launching first block.
That's really draw me back.

Thanks for sharing. Hmm, the price and maintenance fee seem very "reasonable" in current market. First block so throw in sweetener to attract interest for subsequent blocks?

I the news article, it said GDV of RM568m on 737 units works out to average of RM768k per unit.

Will pop by sales gallery to find out more.

After I found out there're 2 block of future development... I totally lost interest on this project..

But 2 blocks of future development... total up to 3 blocks... which using the same entrance... really turn me out...

means if want to buy need to withstand at least another 5 years of development and construction

really will make one doubt the choice to get sensoria or not

I doubt any developer would buy 6 acres of land just to build 200 condo units biggrin.gif . 700 units across 6 acres still makes it the lowest density in the area.

like what lokilim said Enlivea basically is Sensoria, safe to said that this should be the last phase of the project at this area...understand they constructing these 3 blocks together, with a target completion in 2028.

If school and fire station do get built, then :

Pros
- no need to send kids to far away school
- vert fast response time in the event of fire

Cons
- heavy traffic during school pick up and drop off time
- live with fire siren sound at odd hours

I chose another project in a nearby township cause to me the access here is a bit limited and also the sales person was a bit rude πŸ˜…

The fire station construction work commenced. A colleague stays at nearby Taman was complaining over breakfast just now he received a letter from the appointed contractor. His house is one of those nearer to the construction site.
