my wife is almost 30weeks pregnancy
we already ultrasound at clinic specialist for few time before going to General Hospital
for the first few weeks till almost 30weeks we scan and the baby was developing normal.
but then when scan at G.H, doctor told us that the baby underdevelop such as short leg and hand
we when to another clinic specialist and the result same as the 1st clinic specialist
but then we go to Lam Wah Ee Penang to scan, but got the result same as the G.H

i kind of lost here, and my wife is very stress hearing this.

Has anyone experience where have different result when they do ultrasound scan?
and i dont know which one to believe.

any idea to get better result or more accurate result?

Hi, did you manage to obtain the scan results from respective clinics / hospitals? You can just show the result from clinic to the hospital, and vice versa. That may help them to better understanding the perspective of other specialists (and thus give you less confusing reply).

Either way, as far as I know there is no specific treatment for IUGR. And since your wife intends to deliver at GH (and GH is the one that suggested underdevelopment), they would advise regarding antenatal corticosteroids if it ever comes to that.

yup, i got the details such as BPD, FL, HC. both Clinic specialist have almost similar result but then G.H and Lam wah ee have similar result.
meaning 2 result different with another 2 result. so damn confusing.

G.H and Lam Wah Ee recommend to find G.H specialist for further check up.

well, my case previously it was the same.
went to KK, went to Private Specialist and went to Private hospital.

my personal experience was the one at KK, the ultrasound was not clear enough. even the size is different. and i go to check on the same day.

in my case i trust the private ones because they have better equipment.
