Did u buy insurance? Shipping it back alone cost a bomb already especially heavy items.

I returned a perfectly good item. Wasnt suitable for me.
It has local return. I just packed it back and wait for the courier to come pickup. No need pay anything. Its quite simple if your item is under the local return catergory
Usually the ¥199 free shipping logo will have this local return policy

No need insurance, better if the product you are buying have 7 days no reason return.

As long as it has local return, you can apply for return if there's any issue then you can set a date for Ninjavan to come pickup at your house. Normally they come a day after the set date 

All you have to do is pack the item and write the return tracking number on the outside, you can even place it on top of your gate pillar so they can just grab it themselves if you won't be home.

You would be refunded as soon as they check the parcel content once it reaches the Malaysia warehouse, they would even give you back the SST you paid.

If they are broken or damaged, the seller might just let you keep the item and refund u the money without asking you to ship the item back.

Last time I bought a few phone holder, 1 broke and they straight refund the price for 1 piece but impossible to get money also since stuck in Alipay.
