very dry skin?

Any good lotion / soap / shower gel to recommend?

To be honest it is very hard to suggest without knowing the causes or extent of the dry skin. The usual recommendation is of course the moisturizers (use those without fragrances), but only the healthcare professionals can provide you a better answer when you show your skin/conditions to them.

Bath quickly and clean.
Avoid soap like 909.
After towel dry, apply moisturizer.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've actually tried using Cetaphil, which is fragrance free, but I still find that my skin feels dry once the cream wears off, and it seems like my skin isn't fully absorbing it. I'm currently trying a Nivea Gluta-Hya (Dark Blue) to see if it makes a difference.

My suggestion is avoid going to dermatologist / skin specialist doctor.
Look for nutritionist who practise whole plant based themselves.
Prevention is better than cure.
