 Microsoft MFA loops

Hi I am having loop problem for my company microsoft 365 when I try to login it said needs a code from authenticator apps on my phone and then when I go to authenticator apps and try to sign in and guess what? it also said the same thing lol.. how can I get the code when authenticator apps also need a code as well.. I have tried reset password & clear cache or authenticator apps and nothing solve it

Remove the authenticator app and reinstall again. Reestablsih the link again to your Microsoft account.

request to reset your MFA then reactive it back.

Ugh, I’ve been stuck in that loop before, and it’s so frustrating. What worked for me was reaching out to our IT admin—they were able to reset my MFA settings, and then I could re-add the account to the authenticator app with a new QR code. None of the usual tricks like clearing cache or reinstalling the app helped, so I’d say don’t waste too much time trying that. Just get in touch with whoever manages your Microsoft 365 setup—they’ll fix it way faster.
