Location : Beside Kota Kemuning McD ( There is only one INTERNET CAFE THERE)

Competition Method: 5 vs. 5
-xl mode ,each team can be banned three hero total banned hero is six.
Tournament Structure: Single Elimination

Save Game Formation

-Player can request save game any time when destroy enemy base (e.g barrack or tower)
-Player cannot pause the game instantly, our officer will inform players when save game)
Coin Toss
The match will begin with a coin toss and winner/loser of the coin toss will get to choose:
(a) Sentinel/Scourge side of the map or
(b) the first hero selection from drafting
Heroes drafting by using 1-2-2-2-2-1 mode,Both teams will be allowed to take out up to 3 heroes from the pool of heroes before drafting starts.
1. Team (A) will pick: 1 hero
2. Team (B) will pick: 2 heroes
3. Team (A) will pick: 2 heroes
4. Team (B) will pick: 2 heroes
5. Team (A) will pick: 2 heroes
6. Team (B) will pick: 1 hero
Game Rules:
1. Sharing: The sharing of wards is allowed. The following items are the only allowable items which may not be sold if transferred(Aegis of the Immortal,Cheese,Divine rapier those item cannot be transfer to other's teamate,once the player who have this item only can use it by himself):
o Sentry Wards
o Observer Wards
o Lesser Clarity Potion
o Ancient Tango of Essifation
o Flask of Sapphire Water
o Scroll of Town Portal
o Gem of True Sight
Not Transfer Item(Consider 1st person who take this item)
o Aegis of the Immortal - Once the hero who have this item cannot give to other's teamate.
o Divine rapier - Once the hero who make this item cannot transfer to other's teamate unless he die.
o Cheese - Once the hero who take this item cannot transfer to other's teamate.
2. Item Limitations :
. Each team may only have two Mekansm
. Each team may only have two Necronomicon
. Each team may only have one Refresher Orb
. Each team may only have one Arcane Ring
. Each team may only have in total either :
(a) Two Eul's Scepter of Divinity OR
(b) Two Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse OR
(C) one Eul's Scepter of Divinity and one Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse
3. Backdooring in games is allowed.
4.When the started time was over the limit time of 10 minute or the number of team not enough 5 person, the game will desire as surrender.
5. if our officer notice that some mistake in games rules , the rules will be correctly instantly.
Abuses & Exploitation:
1. No pooling of any sort is allowed. This means that items bought with a player's own money cannot at any time be carried by any of his teammates. Items bought with the player's own money can only be carried or sold by him.
This rule only applies to players on the same team. Players can pick up items dropped by their opponents.
Sharing of allowable items are allowed to be transferred but not sold.
2. During hero selection. From the point after hero selection process is completed, pausing without any valid reason is disallowed.
3. Creep blocking is not allowed but creep slowing is allowed. Blocking here refers to the prolonged blocking of creeps to disrupt their usual path. (ie: Using Chen's creeps to block the entire entrance of the base for a long time.)
4. No Exploitation of any known old or new bug discovered during play. Explanations like "exploiting/activating the bug unknowingly", "we had no idea this bug existed" or similar excuses will not be entertained. Participants/Teams are expected to know what these are.
5. No foul language to the opponent or Game Marshal.
