you explanation is akin to you asking the 1.1.1.1 counter and getting a valid response simply because the counter and the webserver are adik-beradik..
that is not the case here.

what our ISP is doing is, ISP is pretending to be the 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 counters themselves, and returning falsified response.
if this is gerai nasi lemak set up in front of McD, we'll be seeing people buying rebadged nasi lemak from outside and none from the real McD counter - except, those sneaking in through backdoor.
