Transfer number ownership under contract

Is it possible to transfer number ownership to someone else if im still under contract plan? What is the procedure? Does the new owner continue to pay the existing plan monthly or i have to settle the remaining balance + penalty first?
Planning to sell the number since i have no use for such number anymore. I'm under Maxis contract, have 1 more year left Number 01A-BBCCCBC chinese oriented number can fetch how much? |
