I never use my “doctor” prefix and I just use my first name with introductions. I also wish that I didn’t register myself as a doctor with SQ (Singapore airlines) all those years ago… now with air turbulence etc, I scared they will make announcement and ask for “any doctors on board please identify yourselves…”
