Since early this year I got few fd matured, and same time I opened 3 digital bank. Gx aeon rize, all fd I transfer inside, since the interest rate is higher than conventional bank fd.

All 3 of them I forgot what password I put.

Gx and aeon still can access, using biometric

But rize, I could not access after updating the app, it asks for real password

Then cannot reset password also, always error.
