I purchased a Pixel 9 Pro XL through a reseller (UR) but had to return it to Google due to some issues. I initially contacted Google, but they directed me to the reseller, who then told me they were waiting on information from Google. This back-and-forth lasted two days with no updates.

To resolve the stalemate, I contacted Google again and escalated the issue. They finally arranged for GDEX to pick up the phone and send it to Hong Kong for repair/replacement. DHL is now handling the return shipment, but the phone is currently held up in customs. I've explained the situation to DHL, and they are in contact with Google to resolve the customs issue.  I'm now awaiting an update from either DHL or Google.

Not at the moment. I think Apple is better in this regard, especially since Google Pixel is still relatively new in Malaysia.
I don't blame the outlet, but I do blame UR headquarters for their lousy customer support.
