from agent directly, but those voucher do appear in my apps too. before that my membership expired, so just renew it. MYR12 per year or MYR60 lifetime membership.

not sure how will be my digi's 5g on my phone, as my office/prime commercial area's coverage is horrible, and i have no choice but to use umobile, so far umobile 5g is stable, as 5g digi is not reachable. Since it appear to be auto detection/switch to digi when umobile is not good. When i use the Digi physical sim, it's not good, as usual, now i am using e-sim, so digi answer is expected, as 2 years since i am in new office, digi just say to be in planning. i pay full each month, but i cant use, as 5g become GG, or no signal, if 4g/4g+ become worse and call drop.

my plan is with Digi's legacy plan that offer 5g, the 5g is not consistent and appear to be worse than my old oppo phone, but umobile is fairly stable. even during my oppo phone times, digi's 5g is not stable sometimes.

if umobile is consistent with 5g in KL, but when i ask Digi, what happen to 5g and vowifi/lte for pixel 9pro, this customer service just give me this link, and case closed, https://help.celcomdigi.com/support/solutio...lte-and-vowifi-

when umobile appears to weak signal, will switch to digi, however, 5g is not there always.

just copy paste the standard answer and case close. Even i raise to MCMC, non-stop, also same thing or else, after standard reply and case is closed; when i shared more info again,take years to reply with again, standard reply

same old answer and way of doing stuff, last time when got my old phone - HTC era, similar reply, after phone damage, no choice but to change to oppo during covid time. Digi just push away the responsibility to others, and they want $$$$ only. the rest of term even they publish their term and condition in the website, they can also terbalik and roti canai say, this is not correct! when CS said one thing, or backend say one thing, or when go to the center, center say CS is wrong, so in short, i am totally lost trust on them, and never ever has any device/plan/add on contract with them.

i only left the option yet to shout them out in their AGM or put a panel along Federal highway to let them know our right and feedback

wanna ask, which 3rd party charger is good to use for p9 pro xL? since google has not made available of 45w charger in Malaysia.

The distributor told me only may get it Q1 2025, so now life without a proper charger is horrible.
