Hello everyone,
My Bro turned 40 and is considering a career shift into one of the Big 4 consulting firms he has extensive experience in TMT Sector , but I am curious about the challenges and opportunities that come with joining such a prestigious firm at this stage of his career.
would love to hear from anyone who has experience or insight into this situation. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Depends on the offer and depends on the level. At Manager and above will need push business cases with prospects. With a strategy and transformation background I think he is already familiar with all the powerpoints expected. Work life balance might go down the drain so think hard and base decisions on current family situation.
How about BCG? They seem to be hiring for digital / transformation consultants as well.
