I'm in process to purchase first house. However I'm not really understand some of the process.

During which stage of the buying process I need to appoint lawyer for Loan Agreement. From my reading, every bank will have their own panel firm for LA. In case I'm applying more than 1 bank, do I need to wait for bank approve loan before start searching for LA lawyer?

Normally you don't have to find your own lawyer. Just use the same bank lawyer much easier

Can one. Pasal need to draft SnP in a short period of time after the signage.
Ask the lawyer/firm if they do on those banks you have apply loan on.
Ask for discount now also. Good timing to looks for lawyers and compare their Quotation and discount

ask the bank to recommend 2-3 lawyer firm. after compare the fee, u choice one from them. u need to use panel from bank.
