Early 50s guy here.
My 30s and 40s was indeed tough. As a consequence, my marriage failed and my health deteriorated.
But now I have passed the grind stage.
My child is now at final year uni. Im now prepping for earlier retirement and focusing on my happiness and health.
Now Finance ok. Health seem ok (my doctor said good!) and even relationships ok.
Life is pretty good.
Hey bro,My 30s and 40s was indeed tough. As a consequence, my marriage failed and my health deteriorated.

Mid 40s straight guy here.
This year gone through a divorce, no kids, still maintain a healthy lifestyle..... run 2 to 3 days a week, weight training , etc.
Finance ok, now looking for new relationship.... try to use datings apps.... and found it has changed so much.... these days u get cross dressers, trans, lady boys, scammers, fake profiles, etc (Protip: if they ask for ur whatsapp number after a few chats... confirm scammer)
Honestly, life now as a single guy seems quite good, just need to make sure my health is the ultimate priority now! I also find guys in our late 40s to mid 40s , we have zero support mainly becoz most of our bros are all married n kids to take care.... we r basically on our own..... but i must admit knowing single moms with 1 or 2 kids is quite easy these days..... many are out there is just that if u can accept that category.
So what does a single guy, mid 40s do normally these days? im just being released from a 3 yrs marriage life.... LOL to put it candidly.....
