Do you buy loan or just cash?

How to offset the high interest rate for 2nd hand car loans?

At least how many % d/p i should put?

Especially looking for cars which are in year 2018-2023

High down payment or cash deal. Otherwise, buy new.

HP loan for second hand cars are quite high. Look for personal loans or credit card loans. At least can get around 5% flat or 2+% declining balance. If short tenure, does not make that much difference anyway.

Most of my cars I buy used with cash.

But need to be very careful in the selection as the main reason for people selling lower range models is problems with the car.
Best if can find those selling because upgrading.

Fair but most in the used market are those who want the bling without being able to actually afford the thing . That's why sambung bayar is prevalent .
