Nice to play it has many function and can connect with other digimon color too such as vpet and pendulum. Expensive because its limited run once sold out no more liao.

Better get this one la bro full and complete plus worth the money. They previous one also I bought for 500 black and white screen but that one not much features but its like the OG japanese D2 digivice. Still have few sealed units in my home.

u can get any of the normal virtual pets (V1-5) / pendulum

although for beginner I suggest u get the 20th anniversary edition, although not rechargable but the roster is from 1-5.

if color virtual pet , the roster is quite limited.

If you can find, Digimon Version Revival. So far i think the largest roster of digimon (all the brick versions 1 to 5 rolled into 1). Can raise TWO digimons at once mcm the digimon twin cheat but real lol. There are some mega level digimon inside now and you can even jogress some digimons if you have the two right ones or with another device but not many digimons to jogress into. But IMO if you are not a genwunner, the digimon vpet Xs (US or Jp releases) are way better in terms of QoL and they have X-antibody digimons which some love and some hate. The Digimon Pendulum version 20 have the entire pendulum roster 1 to 5 and can also raise 2 digimons at once and you can go ham with the jogress. If you want color and a rechargeable battery, the digimon color is nice but the roster is mostly the same as the old ones (smaller compared to Vpet revival) but the ultimates can evolve into megas.
Don't get the Digimon vpet 20th aniversary editions or the 20th aniversary US release ones for gameplay because they all have this weird feature/bug where the digimon will poop so often that the entire screen will be filled with poop after 1 or 2 hours. If you want to just put them on a shelf, the US release of the Digimon vpet 20th aniversary is cheap, like RM80 and comes with nice colors, and in a cardboard box which has some nice art styling on it. The US release of the Vpet X also come in a nice box for display and is also relatively cheap but I forgot how much exactly.

adventure 2020 will not bring back nostalgia as it is a new device. If you dont want to mafan take care the poop and care mistake all, can take D2 ver complete.
