My PS3 just got stolen. They managed to get into my house and took my PS3 along with my housemate's PC. Please be careful of buying cheap PS3. It's a 60GB PS3 from Singapore.

Well,ppl wont stop to think = O wow,stolen PS3 selling at such cheap price.It's stolen,so i wont buy it.It's usually the opposite.


If I saw a cheap PS3 on sale,I'll just buy it,use it for 5 months,then ask questions later.

1)Ask ur friend if he/she ever bring someone u do not know
2)try to remember did u ever hurt other feeling before?

Normal petty thieve normally will not bothers with electronic items (except laptop), I don't even think they know what is a PS3.

my advice, if you live with someone else (other than your family)... don't buy anything expensive.

Ya I think so too...petty thief usually that is the last thing they look for. But on second thought probably your house hv no other valuable things...that's why the stole it.

They were only in my house for 10 to 15 minutes and those 2 things were the only thing of value in the living room.

Yeah, I don't think they can easily sell a PS3. They will probably try to sell to shops which can repackage it. They can't play with it since they only took the console and I don't think they'll buy games for it.

this happened to me 6 years back when my PS2 got stolen too... i was on the 18th floor at Kelana D'Putera and how the hell did they come in???

I din't close the living room's windows though, but i bet anyone would come into my house like mission impossible... it's just crazy stunts... maybe it's really Ocean 15's doing... :S

Police came and said it's internal affair... >.<

suggest you start looking at ebay/lelong and lowyatt - check all those ps3 sold there for leads.

my friend also have same issue- he rents a house with friends, during break -in only his DSLR camera was stolen and non of his friends lost anything. police cannot solve the case till now.
