I can login admin no problem at all, but can’t find any 2 factor option for user account

Why choose this over Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2 or Google Workspace?

I look at your screenshot it just looks eewww.

it may be due to non-active 2FA, u can call to TM or goto https://maya.unifi.com.my and ask them to reset by telling you problem .. I suppose you can use other computer which u have never logged in to the cloud website and see if it shows any option to activate 2FA ..

try turn off popup blockers for your browser, clear cache and retry login ..

Well basically that Unifi Cloud Storage is just another storage medium/platform.

Think of it as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.....

Whatever files stored in there are accessible by you on any device like PC, Android, iOS.

Also, you can even share those file(s) to someone else, especially useful for sharing large video files or Photoshop files.

Just storage to save your files, documents, photos, etc. Pricing standard. and I already use Google Drive, Microsoft Onedrive, NAS Synology. Don't need another cloud storage.

I dont truct cloud "backup" since my age in Streamyx .. up to ure business, wat i recommend is .. buy physical Network Storage and keep if with u, for my self I trust Mega.NZ and another 2 copies sunc with my USB 1TB .. ehough

When I view it on my mobile, it states JPG and PNG only? And can we copy folders instead of files? I mean I tried it and it can’t, just to make sure if I missed out something.

yes, u can access anytime .. buy the Network storage and do auto sync, 1TB or 2TB SSD will do fine

for me even I dont use network strorage but do manually copy every 2 weeks ..

how many GB storage unifi cloud provide?

500GB but it looks weird for me. And the desktop app already made my pc hang, I haven’t even started using it, 0kb.
