the 4th gen iPad with thick bezel and stuck on iOS 10? if you plan to use it for web browsing... maybe. Else, no. app support for an 8-year-old mobile OS is almost non-existent. 4th gen iPad Mini, maybe. 4th gen Air/4th pro, don't think can get for RM100. Chastain liked this post

The iPad 4 ended on like iOS 10, I think you can just about barely use safari to watch YouTube, YouTube app no longer works Mini 2 is also quite old but ended on iOS 12.5 YouTube app may still work in it, otherwise still got better browser Chastain liked this post
