Too bad that I didn't unwrap it on the spot during delivery so dealer said they not going to replace.
You can try to run your finger over it to feel how deep it is. If it's just a superficial scratch, then I reckon using ceramic filler would do the job as what another person has mentioned. You can check the inside part of it and the edges to see if it extends further
