Hi guys, I bought a one piece toilet bowl ORIN brand model TAZA two months ago and due to delay in toilet renovation, today just did unboxing. I’m shocked when I see it’s crack and dealer said due to it’s quite some time, they can’t do anything.

QUOTE(gashout @ Jul 27 2024, 03:53 PM) Dealer said no warranty for this toilet bowl.I had called to their HQ to complain about dealer, HQ said they can't control dealer side. QUOTE(sunami @ Jul 27 2024, 03:54 PM) U shld inspect it during delivery time.. Yes, my fault. Because it's very heavy and I worry when I unpack it, I can't pack it pack and might get dirty. Not sure it's safe to use...I bet u duwan it to collapse while you r on the business.. Eventually, in the end it's worse. QUOTE(s@ni @ Jul 27 2024, 03:56 PM) Looks more to scratch rather than crack. But u can inspect it further. How to make sure it's crack or just scratches? I've seen much more serious crack at public toilets 😅😅 I can feel it's some depth, like powdering came out. QUOTE(Chanwsan @ Jul 27 2024, 04:17 PM) No one knows how this seemingly small scratch would ever develop into an actual crack / shatter point down the line Oh Damn! Costly lesson learned QUOTE(grape sunset @ Jul 27 2024, 04:17 PM) Is it a crack or a scratch? How to make verify whether it's cracy or scratch? If it's a crack, you should get it replaced asap because you don't want it to break with someone sitting on it. If the dealer won't replace it for free, looks like you gotta swallow up the lost and get another one. Yes true! Safety always come first. Too bad that I didn't unwrap it on the spot during delivery so dealer said they not going to replace. |
