so if u can't do it don't say something impossible like "give me my item in same condition & i will full refund" after 2 years

plus not me that gives the lame suggestion, Zul Qais himself ask the item in same condition after 2 years (maybe he think he can't stop time to make the lappy still in same condition )

be serious to settle ur prob, not just seriously defend ur ownself
