i think Cherly is right, with a better business attitude he might just hit a higher sales volume. Every customer would like to be treated well with good and professional after sales service.... which i doubt there is any from Ajul after reading the entire 15 pages. Base on the way he replies in this forum shows a strong sense of arrogance. I for one would never purchase anything from such arrogant person and if 5 out of 10 who thinks alike.... imagine what kinda of sales he just missed out.

Anyway Ajul, 1mil+ over the past 10 years means nothing especially if you are under cutting and making a marginal profit of 5%. Total sales figure is not important.... its the profit that you should brag about (which i doubt u hold any bragging rights). Good luck with that attitude mate!!!
