Can I conclude all this?

Even though this is a long term case but as I analyse what is being written, replied, and flamed (not all), I can conclude that after this case people as buyer should remember this;

Buyer:

-Remember to check item you bought. Check thoroughly the item you bought especially when COD and let the seller in font of you to know that if it is not the item you are buying, then you can actually have the right to refuse buying the item.

-Do research on things you wanted to buy. Although it is difficult to know that the refurbished lappy to the new ones, but then there is a forummer posting the announcement from the HP company itself stating that your lappy is not newly manufactured. This means that the forummer who posted the picture does make a bit of research before posting and not flaming blindly (congrats)

- If you do not know how to check eventhough making those researches, bring a knowledgeable member with you and tell him/her/them what you are buying. So that there is less risk to get wrong item.

-If you know that the laptop is under warranty (little arguments about the warranty, but no matter), you can actually ask for a replacement, or even better ask for a full refund from the seller. You accept RM 50 from the seller for the web cam? not so smart bro...you can buy the OEM webcam from the manufacturer with money? i dont think so...

-Be keen on getting what you should get from the seller, if you want the full refund, just ask them (not threat, but if cannot,or if like this seller can i think, with a measure of skill, smart a bit la, dont threaten blindly). Most seller selling wrong things (misleading), is reluctant on repaying back the money. Thats the function of the Tribunal actually was, getting the right of the customer, and the selle also, fairly actually.

-BE REALLY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING THINGS ONLINE

Seller:

-In this case, Ajul, how can you say that you sell new item instead giving refurbished ones? If the buyer is a strong and knowledgeable guy, you must be SMACKED DOWN!!! by that time and I wonder what is the motive of sending your friend as person to COD? Fear of truth known on the spot,ah? come on ar bro...typical cheat, people knows, man!

- Seller should be honest of what they are selling, taking a bit of profit is the objective of selling things, right? but not by cheating. I can say that in this case Ajul should be honest and not replying the same thing (I can see that some of his replies are copy-paste one). No honesty on that.

-BERTATASUSILALAH APABILA BERBAHASA tak susah bro, why need to use those fiery words? people want buy with u, why say like that? even kids knows how to talk nicely.

Justification

There are mistakes from both parties (TS and AJUL) but it seems like there be likely be more weight on AJUL side. You should never be misleading so much of selling refurbished product over new ones. And when the customer got his lappy faulty, menyusahkan customer pulak? how good you are.

TS, be careful nest time ya?

And mod, I suggest that the seller should be put some tag on his avatar so that people can beware (not to drop reputation, but as a lesson). Hope this helps! thumbup.gif
