Hi guys,
I just did vehicle ownership transfer at JPJ yesterday morning, but when I tried to buy insurance through TNG app (for easy renewal), it shows IC does not match with car, probably haven't update yet. I tried to do in insurance company website and same problem still exist.
What should I do? Or I must buy through agent?

U can renew insurance urself online.
But u can't BUY insurance for 1st time online by urself.
Go to ANY insurance company branch.

How you managed to do the transfer without insurance? Normally need to have an open cover insurance cover note ready before you proceed to do the tukarmilik. Then when JPJ updates the info, your insurer would pick up and endorse.

You mean nowadays they allow just change to new owner without any replacement insurance policy? So the buyer can just keep the car till the time they want to drive it then arrange for insurance and roadtax?
