Sometimes when shit happens people will kesian for him/her, for losing an arm, leg, or part of the jaw.

But we never know before the incident happens, those rempit ride like how crazy, zigzag and fast.

can he still survive?

i can visualize it now 

no need to compared what helmet type each countries. i use to ride moto for 30y in M'sia & Sg. now i riding moto in Manila & Mindanao, those kampung pekan area, people ride moto slow & the riding cuture is different. my scooter barely hit 40Km/h, and so for others. we use horn at junction and overtaking.
in Malaysia & SG, people ride like LJ

just wear a mask like the Marvel superheroes, can change follow mood ..
