no need to compared what helmet type each countries. i use to ride moto for 30y in M'sia & Sg. now i riding moto in Manila & Mindanao, those kampung pekan area, people ride moto slow & the riding cuture is different. my scooter barely hit 40Km/h, and so for others. we use horn at junction and overtaking.
