This was probably recorded in 2160p (4K HD) 66–85 Mbps bitrate 60fps but when reach you it's been so compressed to 360p levels.

Because storage is expensive, minimise space. Faster to send smaller files too.

same as bike helmet... if you hit it during a crash or drop it heavily, you are suppose to replace it
last time ride kap chai, I use this type of helmet, the visor offer some sort of protection.

My fren got and old one and he went and test by smashing, wondering would the visor break and cut the head off during an accident if you hit the ground but couldnt really crack/damage the visor other then scratching the hell out of it.
