first time buy from china ke? even if they offer you warranty service they ask you to post back to china, after u get to know how troublesome / expensive to post back to china u will give up also. So please dont buy goods send from china, unless they have official store in malaysia for warranty claim.

If buy from china dont expect to get warranty service.

They didn't even ask me to send back to China. They just ignore me. I can send to China for less than RM100...

For a software which costs RM200 reccuring subscription, I prefer to pay RM5 rent for one time use.

I assume the software has been registered with legitimate credentials and being owned by the sellers.

If the software can't remain active for at least 1 week(for a lifetime promise) I deserve a refund...

many times I claimed defective DOA stuff , even last month I managed to claim warranty via shopee since the seller ignored me ( since it is already passed the 15 days period ), already use the item but later rosak. need to claim warranty via seller but seller ignored me.

I use my superpower and managed to get shopee to be on my side, send back the item to seller and deduct the money from shopee seller's account into my bank acc. which can be done.

seller pissed off big time with me. send me long winded message but I just ignore lah.
