Not really, given a good host, Malaysia teams can perform well, proven by previous MYM Pride.

Malaysian DOTA is great , but something is very hard to achieve which is , FULL TIME gamer is very hard to be recognized in Malaysia , what the other country doing is , they doing BIG recruitment for each game ( Officially game) , they have a BIG society which example MYM ( Meetyourmakers ) , SK gaming , 4kings , they have a BIG sponsor behind them , that's how international gamer growth... this is why Malaysian gamer fall to behind. Long long long journey need to be done for our respective gamers... well... Gambateh Malaysian gamer~!!! hoho... ( Come out with some "BIG" sponsor for our Gaming community , especially for the gamers . Pls... so we won't fall to behind la >.<"
