Then need to prove travelling overseas, just to get a physical card. Just like need to prove to immigration going to travel before can apply passport? Then install jpj app in phone. Increase risk of trojen horse virus infection phone. Then bank account kena hacked money lost. Or gov can track your location which involves privacy issue.
