Hello everyone, I've just bought my first investment property in Cheras, and it will be VP in this year Q4.

Where can I buy good quality furniture (such as sofa, table, bed etc) and home applications (such as washer, dryer etc) with low price in KL?

I need

Bedroom Set (bed, bedframe, Wardrobe etc) * 3

Dining table * 1

Sofa * 1

Small table for living room* 1

washer *2 (duel key unit so need two washer and dryer)

Dryer * 2

fridge (400L)* 1

Small fridge * 1

Budget = RM 30K (No sure enough or not)

Please free to share any shop in KL area.

Thank you so much

Regarding the $30,000 quotation for furniture and electrical items in an investment unit, I believe it’s quite high. Here are my suggestions:

Furniture:
Consider attending a home expo to grab a home package set. This way, you’ll get a coordinated Master Bedroom set, which can be more cost-effective and easier to match in terms of color and design. For the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, opt for standard single beds, bedframes, and an IKEA ANEBODA Wardrobe. This should cost around $500-$800 per room.

Electrical Appliances:
Survey nearby stores for electrical appliances. Two washers and two dryers might be excessive for a 3-room unit layout. Consider your actual needs before purchasing.

If you enjoy DIY and self-decoration, explore options from IKEA, SSF, Alibaba (online), Taobao (online), ESH, HLK, or Best Denki. Keep in mind that after-sales service can vary by store location.

Good luck!

Your suggestion is really useful.

Because this is dual key unit. So need Two washers and two dryers.

Do you need custom wooden furnitures? Built in etc. Got a great person that I can refer you to. Quality is good and price is reasonable.

For your furnitures, COURTS Mammoth has some great deals for out of season stock but they look great and in good condition just they are phasing out the design.

I'd always choose IKEA for versatile and budget-friendly options. And when I want something more original and aesthetic, I check out https://untamedcreatures.com/. They always have some great and unique animal themed decorations.

For loose furnitures, e.g. sofa, bedframe, and etc, you may consider MajuHome or Crownlivin. Follow their social media as they do give good discount. They have ready made standard. Quality are okay. Services depend on which outlet you go.
