"One by Wacom" seems like a good entry level tablet. Personally, I'd recommend getting one with active drawing area of around 22x14cm (Medium). Just nice, not too big nor too small.

Pen pressure: Either 2048 or 4096, it didn't really matter for me. No noticeable difference when I upgraded.

Touch sensor and buttons on tablet: Not required. Never used mine.

Besides Wacom, other popular tablet brands are Huion and XP-Pen. I've not used those before, so check out the reviews first before deciding

Do note that it may feel a little awkward for a week or two before your brain gets used to drawing with tablets if you're new to them. Good luck!
