Heard that its next to MyDin … still no news on the website

Current project on the land that next to mydin is Mosaic Residence by SCP

I mean the side between the MyDin Mall building and the BRT station. That piece of land is almost double the width of the Mosaic land while its length is about the same as Mosaic phase 1

wanna do flyover but endup cancelled due to underground utilities

Is the jam at the junction approaching the petrol station along Kewajipan or is it the junction from DaMen to USJ1?

Mosaic Is not TOD , just a normal Condo, the traffic from USJ Summit going Out is very terrible... Jam 1 hour also cant move

Both also Jam Like Hell, but from Damen To USJ 1 IS more Terrible.

All the best trying to get out of the Damen’s traffic light to Persiaran Kewajipan.

Easily stuck there for 45 mins to one hour during peak hours.

Traffic light turn’s green for the fourth time then only you may have the chance to pass it.

Yes, The Jam is Terrible, I stuck there just at Damen Traffic Light can stuck around 45 Minute still not get out from there. Very horrible

I Can Tell you, Even you slow slow, u also faster than Car Stuck there....
