Nope. The new phone comes with usb c both ends. You need usb c to lightning. You don’t have any lying around?

If you’re transferring from 15P to 16P, then can use a USB3/USB4 C-to-C cable

Otherwise just use any C to Lightning cable to connect your old and new phones (Lightning only does USB2). Even if you started using wireless transfer, once you connect a cable iOS is smart enough to switch to the cable transfer method

250GB of data on my old phone took 3 hours to transfer over cable

Buy a USB3 C-to-C data cable (USB4 or Thunderbolt cable will also work) and then just connect one end to each phone while the wireless transfer is ongoing
