Walk in at Switch Sunway Putra Mall. No queue. No much colour available for ready stock lucky got natural as my wish.
Bang for maybank rebate rm288 + rm100 for accessories. Redeem my bank card point + trade in my 12pm. Just gamble walk in and lucky no need to queue. The mall itself still dark not all lights on when arrive around 7.55am. Last night done backup via icloud now its pain for restore. Sigh. All bank tokens need to go activate atm. Haiya |

QUOTE(KaiHD @ Sep 21 2024, 12:29 AM) Has to be a Qi2 certified charger I think… not many of those yet other than Apple’s revised MagSafe puck For 25w need to use a new updated Magsafe right? Or can use previous version then change adapter to higher watt?Try googling see if Belkin/ESR/Anker have them I dont see a new one at switch and machine. Even on apple website cant make an order. What I saw unboxing on youtube, the new version has braided cable. |

QUOTE(louis198920 @ Sep 22 2024, 08:21 AM) Magsafe (Old) == Qi2 (up to 15W wireless) Explanation from Wired I see, so cant use the old version for 25w.Only the new Magsafe charger support 25W wireless charging. I think currently only Apple Store can order the new Magsafe charger (click the Product Information and read): Link On apple store cant add to bag at the moment. |

QUOTE(vez @ Oct 2 2024, 03:25 PM) i think many peoples are confuse YES easy to transfer to other phone. Just delete esim in setting on old phone, just download apps on new phone. login and auto prompt pending esim installation and ready to install esim.https://support.apple.com/en-us/101569 eSIM Support Overview: - Telcos/Carriers that Support eSIM: CelcomDigi, Maxis, UMobile, Yes - Telcos/Carriers that Support Converting Physical SIM to eSIM: Maxis (Only Maxis allows direct conversion from a physical SIM to eSIM. Other telcos require visiting a store to obtain an eSIM QR code) - Telcos/Carriers that Support eSIM Quick Transfer: Maxis (Maxis is the only telco offering eSIM quick transfer) ** convert from physical SIM to eSIM and eSIM quick transfer I believe is iOS feature, whether or not the telcos/carriers want to support it is up to them **previously yoodo also support eSIM, it is very convenience when changing device because yoodo eSIM can be request from yoodo app if all telcos can let us request eSIM through app, the eSIM quick transfer seems not much useful in my opinion, just less hassle when transferring to new device |

I got worst experience at Machine Aeon Rawang yesterday. go for trade in and takes around 3 hours (exclude an hour for delay sign out) to settle down with the transaction. Switch much better with their service when collect on launching day.
Even ask for email the receipt they seems like refuse and said they provide the hardcopy although I insist (for my digital record), until now they dont send. They seem rushing to restore my old phone even the new phone still I didnt open yet. At Switch they wait until I boot up new phone and check weather all data in iCloud can access/download. after satisfied then they restore. |
