Just dropped off my trade in phone at Pos Malaysia. They have everything ready for you, just pass to them the phone and they will settle.

Can. There is "today" by default, just tap on it and choose your preferred schedule. I remember it was like this when I purchased mine about a week plus ago.
If cannot just simply let it be and collect whenever you are free. They will keep for 7 days.

Err.. Then don't bother, just check out and collect later.

You can't change the "Today" before the Checkout page.

At the checkout page, select "Pickup - In-Store". It will say Available Today at Apple The Exchange TRX and Check-in window required.

Click on "Select a Check-in Window" 2 rows down. Then you will be able to select within 3 days when you want to pick-up in store.
