the launching RRP for AW9 and AW10 in Malaysia is diff by 100 i think, AW10 is 100 cheaper for both size models

eventually you may find AW9 selling cheaper than RRP by 200-300, it will be better buying AW10
for example, AW9 if can get 45mm 1700, might as well opt for AW10 @ 1949

i had the same experience before that time was my iphone x, but that time my iphone x was already few years old, it was heartpain for sure, as it dropped on the floor and side and screen got crack, but at least old phone... new phone really heart pain....

apple care+ cover all sort of physical damage exchange, but u are going to pay to exchange it even u have applecare+.

If you really want to change it… just smash the front screen since u got AppleCare.

Pay some charges.. but Apple gonna give refurbished set. But it’s so early, maybe it’s new or those that was returned within 14 days. Basically it’s not new new but close.

My opinion, it’s fine. You are using case, it’s painful but can’t do anything.

my question is that is it any kind of accidental also pay the same service fee to replace? if yes, e.g. if later u 'accidentally' also damage the screen, do u pay the same to replace?

Many years back i got the iPhone 8 Plus replaced under warranty ( the only iphone i got it replaced with refurbished set ) and in less than 1 year the phone dead out of sudden, since no more warranty i send to 3rd party to diagnose and the motherboard fried.
