Hi, I came across a fully remote job published on LinkedIn, headquartered in Germany.
Company size is around 500 employees, but i checked their LinkedIn profile, no one works in KL. I think they are just starting in MY market.
In this case, how do these companies usually manage the employees EPF, SOSCO, KWSP, and etc ya?
Or it is normal that this type of remote job doesnt provide all these benefits?

Thanks much!

normally company like this will register an entity here in Malaysia.
All the HR processing will be done through 3rd party vendor.

Means your payslip might shown 3rd party vendor name instead of that company's name.
